| Great Cake for 2 people make about 6 serving! This recipes works in Latham's Pottery 1/4 Pan.
| | Ingredients: |
1/4 c. Butter
2 tb. Canola Oil or Crisco
1/4 c. Milk
2 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla or (lemon)
3/4 c. Cake Flour
1/8 tsp. Baking Powder
1/8 tsp. Salt
3/4 c. Sugar
| | Directions: |
Cream Canola Oil, Sugar ,Butter together add Eggs,
Sift Cake Flour, Salt, Baking Powder together. Add dry
ingredients adding milk (mix well by hand). Grease Pan with
Pam or Crisco. Can add alittle sugar to flour when flouring pan.
Start of in COLD OVEN * 350 for 45/55 minutes.
Chocolate Cake add 1/3 cup Cocoa.
Flour Pan with( Cocoa &
Sugar).
Run knife around insides.
Take out while warm and ENJOY!
