1/2 c. Bisquick
Dash of Pepper
1/4 c. Butter Melted
1/3 lb. Hot Sausage
3/4 Shredded Cheddar Chesse
1 1/2 c. Milk
|1. In a blender, Combine eggs. milk. and butter
2. Add Bisquick and pepper.
Cover and process for 15 seconds.
3.Pour into greased pie plate.
Top with meat and chesse.
Always Start Pottery Off in COLD Oven.
4. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 min. or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
5. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
Cooked peppers and onions for extra taste. Can replace sausage with Bacon or Ham.
